Heavy rain suddenly came, pouring in through the gap in the fortress. The black sky looked like it was stained with dragon blood and water. The fishing boats huddled together in the harbor, big waves crashed against the shore, violently rushing up, water foam shooting more than ten meters high. The rain gradually gathered and quickly spread in poor areas, the water on the streets was getting higher and higher. The drainage system, which had not been repaired for at least five years, did not have any effect, and within minutes the poor neighborhood was a flooded area. Magnolia Bay’s Ceylon City is no longer what it used to be. The income from fishing for tilapia is limited, and the city’s owner is heartless and incompetent. If you want to repair the drainage system, you need at least a magician who understands Alchemy and a large number of magic apprentices. Just drawing the drawing cost thousands of gold coins. Ceylon City had not seen a magician for at least two hundred years, and the City Hall room was almost completely furnished. Lightning tore through the sky, thunder slowly came, electric snakes danced, illuminating the city under heavy rain and wind. On the empty street, a teenager waded through the water and huddled forward.
